We handle all the documentation required for exports worldwide. From submitting customs declarations to arranging inspections and preparing certificates of origin.

For various products, an inspection by the Quality Control Bureau (KCB) is required. We will apply for this inspection on your behalf and guide you through the process. When requesting this inspection, a quality certificate will also be issued for the destination country.

When exporting outside the EU, many countries require a phytosanitary certificate. This document confirms that the products are free from pests or diseases that could harm the flora in the receiving country. Straytest can issue both regular phytosanitary certificates and re-export certificates for you.

When exporting outside the EU, an export document is always required. For EFTA countries, a transit document is also needed. If you are selling goods that have been placed in free circulation, a transit document is also required. Straytest handles this electronic customs declaration for you and can advise you on the specific requirements per country.

1. Certificate of Origin (CVO)
A CVO certifies the country of origin of a product.

2. EUR-1 Certificate
With an EUR.1 certificate, your customer can receive a reduction or exemption from import duties in the destination country.

3. Legalization of a Signature
Legalization of a signature confirms that the signature is from an authorized person within your company. Some countries require signature legalization on documents, such as on a sales invoice.
